My spouse and I cannot rave enough about Jill Hill. I was connected to her through my dear friend and realtor in California, Joanna Segoviano. We initially met with Jill and another realtor before we made the decision to continue service with Jill. She was optimistic and assured us she would get us in a home. Wow are we glad we went with Jill. As first time homebuyers in a hot market in the middle of the pandemic, odds were definitely stacked against us. Jill was realistic about the market conditions, but also provided a plan and prepped us for what to expect. What I particularly loved about Jill is that she worked within our budget and had a great feel for when we could do better (as many homes were selling well over asking). We followed her hunches, but at the same time she made us feel like she had our best interest in mind. The home buying process can be daunting. However, Jill has so many contacts that fit our needs from the start of the loan approval process through the end. She even had folks that could help us with minor repairs. So she helped us hit the ground running. We felt so lucky because on our third bid we found our home that we love so much. The home met all of our requirements. We knew Jill is a seasoned realtor because she immediately knew we ran across a gem that was not getting a lot of attention. She helped us during the biding process to make sure we never went over what felt comfortable to us or made sense. We really felt in great hands. Jill is simply amazing. She even paid for some minor repairs we had to get done as a thank you. Jill is a realtor you can trust! I HIGHLY recommend her!

This is the second time my family has had the pleasure of working with Jill. Most recently my family of 5 was moving back to Oregon and we had only 4 days to find and buy a home (which in current market was almost impossible). Jill worked with us prior to find homes that we were interested to ensure that when we arrived things were all lined up. We saw 20 homes in those 4 days and some of those multiple times. Right when we thought we found 'THE' home I made the decision to see one last home. She got right on with the agent and booked a showing right then and there. Guess what, that last home ended up being everything we had been looking for. So thanks to Jill we get to start our families new chapter in our forever home.

We highly recommend Jill, she was exceptional throughout the stressful process of selling and buying our homes. She guided us with her expertise and experience. She went above and beyond to help lessen the stress of selling our home. She provided us with great recommendation for repair services and open house staging tips to prepare our house for selling. During our open house weekend, we had a very large tree branch break. Since we were out of town, she offered to cut up the branch and move it out of the yard! When the market shifted this summer, she provided guidance, support, encouragement, and listening ear when we needed to vent. We really appreciated Jill's patience, communication, kindness, and professionalism. She made sure everyone was continuously kept in the loop during the closing process. At the end of our closing, the title company inadvertently transferred our down payment on our new house into our personal checking account. This experience was extremely stressful, but Jill did everything she could in her power to communicate with the title company and seller's agent to see how we could still move in on time. It all worked out in the end, but I can't emphasize how amazing and supportive she was during this stressful situation. Jill would be a true blessing to have as your realtor.

The best! Jill's patience with us while we were searching for the perfect home was amazing. When we found our perfect home, we were in a multiple offer situation. Jill negotiated the deal for 2 days back and forth and we ended up with the perfect house and were under budget! We knew we were in good hands during the entire process. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this process. Jill is the best and knows what she's doing!

Selling my mothers house was a very difficult time for me and Jill went above and beyond the "normal" real estate agents job description. Not only was the sale quick and easy but she went to great lengths to make not only the sale happen but to meet with contractors, estate sales people and basically watch over the property as I live out of state.

Jill helped my partner and I buy a house together. It was my first time purchasing a home. She was so helpful- walking me through everything that I didn't understand about the process, driving all around to find the perfect home for us, coordinating meetings and appointments after our offer was accepted and so much more. Jill worked with my wife and I for a little over a year and we couldn't have been happier. She was willing to meet whenever we wanted to. She would setup showing for us on short notice. She was honest in sharing her opinions and things we should look for in a home that we hadn't thought of. She had a ton of local knowledge about the neighborhoods we were looking in which ultimately helped us make decisions on which houses to put offers on and how much those offers should be. She was not pushy at all and we never felt pressured from her to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. Even after the purchase of our home we still keep in contact with Jill because she is such a genuinely good person. My wife and I would not hesitate one bit to have Jill as our agent again whenever that time comes.

Jill was amazing! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I have never bought a property before. I can't say enough GREAT things about Jill Hill. She worked with us for over 2 years, while we decided whether to buy land and build or buy an existing house, sell our house and ultimately buy acreage to build on. She was EXTREMELY patient, kind, available when we needed her, never made us feel like we were a bother, just everything you'd want in a good realtor who I can actually call a great friend.
